Refund policy

 At NVRLZY, we want you to love your gym wear as much as we do. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

Returns

    •    We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

    •    Due to hygiene reasons, items CANNOT be returned if they’ve been worn.

Refunds

    •    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

    •    If approved, your refund will be processed to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

    •    Need a different size or color? We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

    •    If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us at Nvrlzy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Final Sale Items

    •    All sale item purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
